- How does an enquiry work?
Tell us your requirement or problem by phone, WhatsApp, email or the enquiry form. Our engineers discuss it with you on a call, and visit the site where it is needed. We then recommend the equipment and send a quotation. You do not need technical figures to start. Details such as air volume, temperature and what the air carries help us, and we can work them out with you.
- Do you respond to tenders and RFQs?
Yes. Email the tender document, specification or BOQ to eshanairflow@gmail.com, or call us, and we will respond.
- Do you manufacture or only supply?
We manufacture the equipment in Dharwad, Karnataka. Our products carry the Eshan make, and we build to the customer's requirement.
- Can you make a fan or scrubber in stainless steel, PP or FRP?
Yes. Fume scrubbers are made in MS, SS 304/316, PP, FRP and PVC. Centrifugal fans are made in MS, SS, PVC and FRP, or with epoxy, rubber or zinc coating. The material depends on what the air or gas contains.
- Which dust collector should I choose: bag filter, cyclone or wet scrubber?
A cyclone suits heavy dust loading as a first stage. A pulse jet bag filter gives a higher level of cleaning on dry dust. A wet collector or scrubber is used when dust and fumes or toxic gases have to be handled together. Many installations use a cyclone followed by a bag filter. Tell us about your dust and we will recommend an arrangement.
- Is evaporative cooling suitable for my plant?
It is economical for large areas and works best where the outside air is not very humid. It adds humidity to the air, so it is not suited where the process needs tight humidity control. For such areas an AHU is the better choice.
- Which areas do you supply to?
Our base is in Dharwad. We have supplied equipment in Karnataka, Goa, Maharashtra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Assam. See the Where we supply page for the cities.
- Do you provide installation and after-sales support?
Our existing customer information mentions installation guidance, maintenance assistance and technical support. Please confirm the scope you need for your site when you send the enquiry.
