Pharmaceutical and Biotech
Pharma plants need clean supply air in controlled areas, and safe treatment of the solvent fumes and powders produced by the process. We supply equipment for both.
Food Processing
Food plants deal with steam, heat, powder and odour, often in the same hall. The right answer is usually a combination of extraction, filtration and cooling.
Chemical Industry
In chemical plants the main issue is the nature of the gas. Material selection, for the scrubber and for the fan that serves it, matters as much as the airflow figures.
Automotive and Engineering
Engine assembly areas and machine shops need clean, cooler air on the floor and good extraction at the source of dust and fumes.
Power and Plant Buildings
Electrical rooms and plant buildings do poorly with dust. A pressurised, filtered air supply keeps dust out and removes some of the heat the equipment produces.
Textile and Large Halls
In large halls with many machines and workers, evaporative cooling often gives the best return on cost, with the added advantage that it works with a high volume of fresh air.
