Pharma plants need clean supply air in controlled areas, and safe treatment of the solvent fumes and powders produced by the process. We supply equipment for both.
What the plant needs
- Clean room supply air
- Air handling units with HDPE, HEPA or ULPA filters, in single or double skin construction.
- Process fume treatment
- Packed bed, venturi or impinging jet scrubbers, in SS 304/316, PP or FRP where the gas is corrosive.
- Powder and dust handling
- Pulse jet dust collectors, built in a material and filter media that suit the powder.
- Cooling large utility areas
- Evaporative cooling for areas where air conditioning would be uneconomical.
